The number One rule is to stay hydrated when exercising outside.
The other rules are listen to your body, don’t exert yourself and say just one more mile, only Twenty more pushups. If you feel a sudden loss of energy get yourself hydrated and in a cool place or shaded area. Your workout for the day is over, listen to your body. Tomorrow is another day!
