Treadmill vs. Outside Running


We all know the difference between running on a treadmill as opposed to running outside. The Two types of running complement each other. While running on the treadmill I usually just ran and completed my run. But recently I have noticed the other runners form and I have been revising my running style. My lift and stride have increased which has strengthened my core and reduced my time. The adjustment in my lift has made me increase my stride, instead of small strides I now have longer strides and lift to my run. When running outside I take the same approach as the treadmill runs. Longer strides with the lift, it actually helps my running form.
