Motivation, Drive, Dedication, Way of Life... All describe what is needed to succeed. Stay Healthy now, keep exercising and eating right will pay huge dividends later on when you may not be able to be as active as you are today. Recently I increased my run from 2 to 3 miles and increased my sit-up's and push-ups. It took about 2 weeks to see the results, my core is stronger and I feel great.
