Elliptical & Treadmill Cardio Exercise


Today my plantar fasciitis is 95% gone. I have found my new cardio exercise combination of the Elliptical Machine and Treadmill to get back to 5 miles per workout. My foot with the plantar fasciitis feels much better and can handle running 1.5 miles on the treadmill. My new goal now is to slowly increase my runs to 3 miles by June.
