Motivation, Drive, Dedication, Way of Life... All describe what is needed to succeed.
Stay Healthy now, keep exercising and eating right will pay huge dividends later on when you may not be able to be as active as you are today.
Recently I increased my run from 2 to 3 miles and increased my sit-up's and push-ups. It took about 2 weeks to see the results, my core is stronger and I feel great. Results that you can actually see and feel are my motivation. Just get outside and take a walk around the block and increase your time. Do this 3 times a week until you feel comfortable and try to incorporate walk and jog into your routine and you will see results. Now your motivation will be your own results!
